Free Apartment and Hotel Room Workout
This is a great workout program that you can do anywhere, with absolutely no equipment. Sets and reps are listed below the video.
Do each exercise in the circuit, one after the other, resting 1-2 minutes maximum at the end of the circuit. Repeat for three total circuits. This program can be done 5 days a week for two to three weeks whenever you are really pressed for time.
Exercise and Reps
Pushups – 10 reps
Burpees – 10 reps
Crunch Get-Up – 10 reps
Prisoner Squat – 10 reps
Spiderman – 10 reps (touch both knees for one rep)
Plank Up-Down – 10
